Disaster Planning
An ounce of prevention…..Available as a quick fire presentation or a full training – this covers the items that are vital in the disaster planning process. Covering more than just the usual IT I cover the requirements for creating a business continuity plan and making sure a “disaster” does not have to mean the end. I am an associate of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers.
Project Management
No quick options here (yet). This course is designed to bring you up to speed on the essentials of good project management. The emphasis is on practical application of knowledge and abilities rather than just theory. I am a member of the Institute of Project Management of Ireland.
Search Engine Marketing
Optimising your website for search engines is considered a black art by many. This course will show you that it’s not that difficult to get started. It covers the items that you can work on yourself to get the most out of your website. It also covers Google Adwords and the creation of reports to track which pages your customers are really viewing. I am a qualified Google Adwords Professional as well as a member of the Irish Internet Association.

This course can be customised depending on your needs. The basic course starts with a review of what Adwords actually is and works through a number of practical examples. Each step is designed to help you gain confidence in creating good ads and finding relevant keywords.
