I try to look on the bright side - it's not that long ago when the options were generally a 5 year lease with an opt-out clause after 3 years. I'd still like to be able to hire a desk for half a day when I'm working in another city and hopefully some will available in Carlow and Kilkenny soon. But while I was initially delighted to learn about a new hotdesking facility in Kilkenny I was very disappointed as I read on to learn that they only offer 1 month lease minimum which doesn't meet the definition of true hotdesking. Considering that hotdesking facilities like Office Ireland (in Limerick - http://officeireland.ie/ ) and Macroom-E (http://www.macroom-e.com/) offer true (daily) hotdesking, and even half-day hotdesking in Macroom-E, I would have thought they'd also provide the same kind of service.
