It most likely depends on the response rate - if more people need it then the rental periods will probably get shorter. Costs are not fixed yet - The 900 Euro per month is for a full office so I expect the hotdesk to be considerably cheaper. Security access is via an RFID chip. I'd like to see a mix of PIn and code - I know how often people loose their keys. It's something I forgot to comment on at the time - including how long does it take to get extra keys or block keys.
