never mind! This DID work… there was another msmouse folder… and the directions worked. I didn’t put them in a “temp” folder – I just copied all the msmouse folders and put them in another location. Yay! Thanks so much. Isn’t it crazy that the Targus website doesn’t tell you how to do this? Shame on them!

doesn’t work for me – when went to that System 32 folder, there were several folder with msmouse on them. I tried them all, and none work. thanks for trying to help… it looks like this is one that Targus forgot about. I can’t even find the model on their website!

Thanks for this tip – it seems to have worked (I’ll just have to wait to see if I need to do it again the next time I plug the mouse in!)
